AN ICELANDER IN SAINT-ANTOINE, Radio Grenouille, the 31st of March 2015

Ragnar Helgi Ólafsson (see The Residents Leave a Trail, twentieth resident)), was at HÖFN as an artist in residence from the 5th of March until the 2nd of April 2015.
Ragnar is Icelandic, as his name shows...
Dominique Poulain (the HĂ–FN association's coordinator) and Radio Grenouille (a well known cultural radio in Marseille) invited him,
as an Icelandic, and totally foreign and exotic person here (!) to give an interview in Radio Grenouille Studio,
two days before leaving, after he had stayed, and wandered for about a month in HĂ–FN district, SAINT ANTOINE, in the Northern area of Marseille.

From the 2nd of April (Thursday) until the 4th of April 2015 (Saturday), Radio Grenouille left its office and studio at La Friche de la Belle de Mai,
to move and become intensely
"Radio Saint Antoine" ,
being then, for 3 days, totally immersed with all its reporters in this district (still a bit « villagelike ») among the inhabitants of this area.

You can find HERE THE WHOLE OF THE SAINT-ANTOINE BROADCAST
(sometimes live during those 3 days, sometimes pre-recorded, as for Ragnar's interview).
If you just want to listen to Ragnar's interview, look for : Un Islandais à Saint-Antoine

Above, some pictures taken here and there as those three radio days in Saint Antoine were going on...

... and, as an ending, here above again, the Café de la Gare ball, at the end of a glorious Saturday

... in tribute to Marcel and Maggie, who exceptionally opened their door to Radio Grenouille during those three days dedicated to Saint-Antoine,

but had actually closed their Café since the 1st of January 2015, as Ragnar mentions it in his interview...
